users can now leverage a top-down approach to service oriented architecture. The Registry is a key touch point between business users and IT users. A new tagging system that complements the formal taxonomy allows the IT department to define and categorize services in a way that makes sense to them but allows business users to label services with searchable tags and add notes that can be read by anyone.
