Kapow released a new version of its flagship server. The software works as a Web data extraction tool. It can access Web sites and retrieve needed data. To achieve speed, its Web robots can work in a multi-threaded multi server environment. The software is said to separate presentation from content, and do sophisticated transforms on the data. It now includes SOA, BI/Web Intelligence, content migration and portal generation capabilities. The Kapow software works as a Web data extraction tool.
