Service Level Manager 4.0 from AmberPoint finished third in our judges' voting. The software sets and manages service levels across heterogeneous, distributed Web services deployments, enabling managers to allocate resources according to business value, set service levels and resolve problems quickly.
Developers can use the software to view complete service level numbers for any service they build and deploy. Released in February, the product can support thousands of active SLAs across multiple customers and services. This version also included new scalability features.
Our judges gave Service Level Manager 4.0 top marks for performance and ease of use. One commented that ideally, the product should be combined with AmberPoint Exception Manager.
Pricing begins at $50,000.
