Forum Systems Inc., Salt Lake City, on Wednesday said that its XML Web services gateway is now available on a peripheral component interface (PCI) card.

Putting the Sentry XML-WS Security Gateway on a PCI card gives commercial and government customers another "small footprint" option for Web services security, the company said.

The Sentry TYPE-PCI product is self-managed and self-configuring and is immediately. Forum said. PCI card versions of Forum's entire product portfolio are also available, including the Presidio PGP Security Gateway and XWall Web Services Intrusion Prevention.
