New presenters have been added to the XML Conference and Exposition 2003, according to the event's organizer.
IDEAlliance, an Alexandria, Va.-based trade association, said Jeffrey Barr, a Web services evangelist with Amazon.com, is one of the speakers who have been added to the schedule for the conference, which is to be held Dec. 7-12 in Philadelphia.
Barr is to present a case study that looks at how Amazon.com is enabling developers to innovate with Amazon.com data and features retrieved from their databases in real-time using XML over HTTP.
Another session recently added to the product presentation track is "XML and Web Services in Microsoft's SQL Server," which is to be presented by Michael Rys, a Microsoft program manager.
