CA releases portlets for business processes

Computer Associates International Inc., Islandia, N.Y., on Tuesday released a set of business process portlets for its CleverPath Portal that CA said will allow companies to avoid launching more cumbersome enterprise application integration (EAI) projects.

CA said the new CleverPath Portal option is a pre-packaged library of integration portlets that support common business processes, such as call center operations and customer self-service, and will let users access multiple applications through a single sign-on.
