Systems monitoring SaaS provider Monitis recently added an on-demand SOAP load testing capability to its WebLoadTester testing suite. Intended specifically for service-oriented architectures, the Amazon EC2-based service allows a tester to choose how many simultaneous users to simulate and to select either a North American or Europe-based point of origin.
