One thing that appears clear: there is a lot that can be argued about SOA today.

How can we make sense of the issues?

In this space we have discussed the ups and downs of SOA, the search for SOA definition, and the like. It is our objective to bring common sense to this quest, in order to better help application development and integration succeed in practice. All responses are anonymous. Survey data will anchor our editorial coverage throughout 2009.

You can help us with this goal by taking part in our survey. It will not take much of your time, but it will help us to better describe the state of application development, integration, processes and SOA.
