The Mind Electric, Dallas, announced today a number of new high-profile customers for its Web services product line. Among them are Johns Hopkins University's Applied Physics Lab, DaimlerChrysler, Warner Music International, Bitfone Corp., First Tennessee Bank, Unichem, WebNetTrak, Marketxs, Schlumberger and Belacom.
The Mind Electric said its products have been deployed in 300 Web services projects and there have been 35,000 downloads of its software since August 2001.
TME's flagship product is GLUE, a platform for creating and deploying applications with Web services, JSPs and servlets. Its other major product is GAIA, a tool for creating service-oriented architecture (SOA) capabilities that plugs into J2EE and .NET servers.
