Amber Point creates Web services advisory board

AmberPoint Inc., Oakland, Calif., on Tuesday announced the creation of a customer advisory board made up of organizations involved in Web services deployments.

AmberPoint said it created the board as a forum for its customers and partners to share best practices and give input to AmberPoint on its Web services management software. Members include IT executives from British American Tobacco, British Telecommunications PLC (BT), Fujitsu, Motorola and ThoughtWorks.
