Jay Hiremath Jay Hiremath, Chief Architect and technology evangelist, HP
Jay Hiremath is a Chief Architect and technology evangelist in the HP OpenView Web Services Management Operation. He was formerly a Distinguished Engineer in the Web Services Operation at the HP Middleware labs in New Jersey. He has been a core member of the software team in NJ since 1993 and has been involved in every generation of products created at the lab (formerly the Bluestone Software lab). His responsibilities in the past have included architecture and implementation of the data access layer in the Sapphire/Web and Total-eServer product lines, Total-eSyndication, Visual XML, HP Process Manager integration, Unix X/Motif GUI Tool development and consulting, etc. He has over 17 years of combined experience in the application server/Web services, telecommunications, defense and UNIX/Motif industries.
