How do you see the integration of Web services and business services, fully automating business practices to eliminate human error factors? Is this the coming trend?

Web services do nothing more than bring a standard mechanism for SOI, and access and aggregation of remote services. Since implementing Web services is automating, the process of automating will indeed reduce human error since you're factoring out the humans. Web services is just another way to automate.
