In our company we have an EAI project. In two weeks, we will receive the proposals from many companies. Can you please give me a good way to evaluate this project?

One good strategy is to take the best consulting company, or the proposal with the best resources and focus on making that the best economic package as well. Simply going with the least cost provider may save money in the short term, but cost more in the long run for maintenance and support.
