Can you explain the differences between WS-BPEL and Windows Workflow Foundation?

Windows – Workflow Foundation (WF) is a new capability in .NET 3.0 Framework which provides a set of services for building workflow based applications. WS-BPEL is a XML based programming language to describe high level business processes. BPEL is simple orchestration language for defining the composition of (Web) services into (new) services using XML. BPEL doesn't help model a business process. It is not a modeling language like BPML, pi-calculus etc. BPEL would require that every process is a large set of orchestration definitions interacting with each other and assumes that business processes can be fully captured in a single definition, including all possible exception paths.
