I've heard the popular SOA dictum to "think integration first," but what does that mean? Literally how do you achieve that from a technical standpoint when you're working on a new project?

EXPERT RESPONSE
It sounds like you're talking to companies that sell integration technology. Integration is a by product of SOA, and is systemic to the target solution.
