What tools are available to expose Web services at the presentation layer?1

I1f Web services reside at the data layer, what tools are available to expose them at the presentation layer? I...

wrote my first Web service where a SOAP client can call it. I spoke with report vendors such as Business Objects, Cognos, and others, but no one can take my XML...any suggestions? A Web service is just an API. The stuff you get back from a call to a Web service is likely to be XML. Typically to expose the information in presentable form (presentation layer) you would apply transformations to create a rendering of the XML. XSLT is commonly used for this.
