The latest version of the spec is "2.0 - Final Release". The specification is available at http://java.sun.com/products/ejb. You will need to check your server however to know what version it is going to support. Many are partial 2.0 implementations, so you will need to know exactly what is and is not available of the 2.0 feature set.
