Is there any free source available like "Systinet Registry" for WSDL-to-UDDI mapping which can enables the automatic publishing of WSDL documents into UDDI (tModel)?

The Eclipse Web Tools Project includes an online registration wizard (part of the Web Services Explorer tool). The WSDL4REG project on SourceForge also provides a mapping wizard, although the project seems to have died out.
