This is a follow-up question to a previous question about open source UDDI options. A UDDI implementation is a UDDI-compliant registry service, i.e., a Web service that implements the UDDI specification and exposes its capabilities through the UDDI API. A UDDI client is a client library or tool that interacts with a UDDI-compliant registry service.
