Q

Thinking integration first

David Lithicum discusses whether or not it is possible to think integration first in successfully implementing SOA.

I've heard the popular SOA dictum to "think integration first," but what does that mean? Literally how do you achieve that from a technical standpoint when you're working on a new project?
It sounds like you're talking to companies that sell integration technology. Integration is a by product of SOA, and is systemic to the target solution.
