All I need to know is how does XML run --i.e., display your listings? I returned "XML for Dummies" to the library because I couldn't figure out what to do with all those "attributes" and "DTD's" and "schema"'s, etc. -- nothing in the book showed how to DISPLAY what you have listed.

XML does not 'run'. It is a data description language, not a programming language. XML is always used in conjunction with an application that knows how to interpret XML e.g. a browser, a stylesheet engine etc.
