As executive editor, Jan Stafford plans and oversees strategy and operations for TechTarget's Application Development Media Group. She works closely with the editorial team to keep the group's sites focused on the information needs of software developers, testers, project and QA managers and others in the software development community. Jan has covered the computer industry for the last 20-plus years, writing about everything from personal computers to operating systems to server virtualization to application development. She has served in top editorial positions with several national trade publications, as a contributor to such publications as "PC Week Inside" and "Investor's Business Daily," and as a speaker at industry conferences. She came to Techtarget.com from VARBusiness. At TechTarget Inc., Jan has launched and served as site editor for various sites and blogs, including SearchServerVirtualization.com, SearchVMware.com, SearchEnterpriseLinux.com, SearchWindowsManageability.com, Virtualization Pro, EnterpriseLinuxLog and others. She has also been the editorial director for the Data Center Media Group.

Jack Vaughan oversees editorial planning and coverage for SearchSOA.com. Prior to joining TechTarget in 2004, he was editor-at-large at Application Development Trends and ADTmag.com. He has written about computer hardware and software for such publications as Software Magazine, Digital Design and EDN News Edition. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a masters degree in Science Communication from Boston University.

Before coming to SearchSOA.com, James provided general support for other sites in the Tech Target family, most notably SearchSecurity.com and SearchNetworking.com. Stephanie Mann is an assistant editor for SearchSOA.com and its sister TechTarget site, ebizQ.com. Before joining TechTarget, Stephanie was a contributing reporter and proofreader for a Boston-area weekly newspaper and an editorial intern at a Cambridge-based publishing company. She has also worked for several local nonprofits and as a freelance editor. Stephanie is a 2010 graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she majored in English and minored in Spanish.
