HP has announced its Private Cloud Solutions for Oracle Applications target clients that deploy Oracle applications on complex multitier environments. The integrated private cloud offerings are aimed at improving the deployment process. The hardware and software components are shipped together and come setup for PeopleSoft Enterprise, Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Middleware. The offering is based on HP's BladeSystem Matrix with Cloud Service automation software and StorageWorks data services.

The server, storage and networking infrastructure share a common management environment and are said to automate deployment, monitoring, and compliance for Oracle applications. HP Cloud Maps have been tailored to Oracle applications and can be imported directly into the HP Blade System Matrix. The maps are meant to decrease the time it takes to populate data and build a catalog of business services. HP will provide discovery, design and implementation advice for clients through Cloud Consulting Services.

The Private Cloud Solution for PeopleSoft is slated for release in October, while the E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Infrastructure are to be available by the end of the year.
